Apparently the downloadable drivers on dl.qj.net do not work on vista. Are there any Vista compatible drivers out there?
Plug in the Sixaxis via USB, and Vista detects a PLAYSTATION3 Controller. The controller charges, but isn't usable or configurable in Control Panal. I've found several sites that all point to the same driver:
libusb-win32-filter-bin-0.1.10.1.exe
I've installed the driver, connected the controller, run ps3sixaxis_en.exe, pressed the PS button and.. nothing. It still can't be configured in Control Panel. I've read a few random forum posts where others are having the same issue.
Any ideas how to get it working?

Vista X64 Driver
For the past few days I've been trying to get my PS3 Sixaxis controller to work on my laptop with windows vista. Slogged through many tutorials and guides on how to setup everything to no avail. Many of the tutorials on the internet are missing important information or if your not technical savy you just cant firgure it out. Well my fellow PC PSU players I've come to share my experiance and show you how to get your PS3 sixaxis controller to work on either XP or Vista. First off I'd like to point out that these programs are for XP and Vista 32bit versions but I've read that people have been able to get it to work on windows 64bit OS. So to get you started here are the links for each driver version depending on your OS version.
XP--> http://ps3.qj.net/Another-SIXAXIS-dr..g/49/aid/78531
Vista--> http://www.hardcoreware.net/files/sixaxisdriver.rar
Heres a site that has both drivers and links on the same page.

Once downloaded and saved to a folder on your computer you will need WinZip which will unzip the contents of the folder and allow you to install and setup your controller. Can be found here.
WinZip--> www.winzip.com/prod_down.htm
*NOTE* I didn't have a program on my computer that unzips certain file extentions and this was the main thing that many people overlook when trying to get this program to work.
So once you have downloaded and saved the program to your computer go to the WinZip program you downloaded earlier and open the folder with the XP or Vista driver. Unzip the folder and it should now show the contents of the program. Click on the setup program in the folder and follow the installation instructions. After you have installed the program get out your PS3 Sixaxis controller and USB cable that came with it and plug it into your computer. Now start up the program you just installed onto your computer which should be called GameSaike from your start menu and click on load driver. Once done the lights on your PS3 controller should stop flashing (might have to press the PS button once). Now exit out of the program and go to Control Panel and click on Game Controllers. You should now see your PS3 controller listed and connected. Make sure to take note which buttons are assigned to what numbers so that you can change the button layout for PSU using a controller.
*NOTE* Everytime you turn off your computer or turn it on you have to re-sync the controller with the GameSaike program. Its a minor annoyance but well worth the effort.
*NOTE** Make sure to have your PS3 system turned off at the back when using the controller since pressing the PS button will turn your PS3 on thus messing up your setup.
Hope that helps anyone whose been looking to use their PS3 Sixasis controller to play PSU on the computer or any other games for that matter.
